b, emulsification

emulsification is a key to the production of inks for speed printing machines. It is required to emulsify evenly, without bubbles, and the fineness of latex particles is less than 15u. It is best to emulsify the ink under vacuum (in the conventional state, the bubbles in the ink should be removed when emulsifying the ink. The ink of the speed printer is thick, and it is difficult to remove the bubbles when standing). The uniformity of lotion ink can be determined by selecting a little ink to burn, listening to the sound of combustion to determine whether the emulsification is uniform, and the larger crackling sound is uneven emulsification

c, inspection

the inspection indicators of ink include viscosity, fineness, blackness, fluidity, environmental protection, quick drying, stability, fluidity, number of prints and printing fastness. Viscosity is the most important index. Viscosity can be measured by rotating viscometer (such as NDJ-79) (different instruments can be used, and the values measured by different instruments are different). The viscosity can be in the range of pa.s/25 ℃. Recently, the viscosity of ideal, Ricoh/kistya and Debao inks on the market is basically about 20 pa.s/25 ℃, and the fluidity is very good. The ink is required to be thick outside and loose inside. The ink surface looks thick. The ink does not salivate, drip, overflow or throw ink in the printing cylinder. The essence of the ink is loose inside, and the ink is easy to be sucked from the packaging container. It is evenly coated on the drum, and it is easy to pass through the wax paper printing plate, and the printing handwriting is clear

environmental protection is judged by smelling the ink through the nose. The ink is required to be free of peculiar smell, odor and irritant smell

stability is judged by cold and hot experiments and ink dripping samples on paper.
